Storehouse is a retail store operating within The Market Project (The Market, & The Market Stands) on the Asbury Park Boardwalk. It was conceived as a second location to The Market due to the large vendor pool associated with The Market's first location. Due to its focus on more traditional goods like clothing and kitchenware, a separate name and brand were developed. The interior of store was angular and compartmental so a geometric approach was taken to liven up the space and break up some of the hard edges of the walls. A main accent wall was painted with a triangular composition to allow a permanent backdrop for pop up events as well as a photo backdrop for product photography which has allowed the staff to easily create branded product shots without the use of a logo.
